ExpatRentAlert is an independent rental alert for expats in Europe, not an official EU service. We link to listings published by third parties and do not guarantee availability. We only list rentals of €1,000 a month or more. €48 for 6 months incl. 21% VAT or €85 for 12 months incl. 21% VAT, paid upfront; alerts start once the payment is received and run for 6 or 12 months, depending on the plan you choose. No subscription, no automatic charges — you pay once and get a reminder with a pay link when your plan ends. No social housing or waiting-list services.
